Slaw Salad

Ingredients
1 small head / 3-4 cups Green Cabbage (shredded)
1 small head / 3-4 cups Red Cabbage (shredded)
2 Carrots (peeled/julienned)
3 tbsp Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
2 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
½ tsp minced Garlic
½ tsp Italian Seasoning
1 tsp Dijon Mustard
2 tsp Honey

Directions

  1. Shred Cabbage, peel/julienne Carrots, and mix together in a large bowl.
  2. In a small bowl whisk together Olive Oil, Vinegar, Garlic, Italian Seasoning, Mustard, and Honey.
  3. Allow mixture to sit for at least 10 minutes.
  4. Sir mixture and pour over shredded Cabbage and Carrots, mix until evenly coated, and serve.
