1 small head / 3-4 cups Green Cabbage (shredded)
1 small head / 3-4 cups Red Cabbage (shredded)
2 Carrots (peeled/julienned)
3 tbsp Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
2 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
½ tsp minced Garlic
½ tsp Italian Seasoning
1 tsp Dijon Mustard
2 tsp Honey
- Shred Cabbage, peel/julienne Carrots, and mix together in a large bowl.
- In a small bowl whisk together Olive Oil, Vinegar, Garlic, Italian Seasoning, Mustard, and Honey.
- Allow mixture to sit for at least 10 minutes.
- Sir mixture and pour over shredded Cabbage and Carrots, mix until evenly coated, and serve.
