A refined Champagne cocktail strengthened with a shot of Bourbon and a kiss of honey.
1 oz Bourbon
3 oz. Champagne
1/2 tbsp. Honey Syrup*
*to make Honey Syrup simply combine equal parts honey and water and boil until honey disolves
- Add Bourbon and honey syrup to shaker with ice
- Shake and strain into flute glass
- Top with champagne and serve
