Homemade Tortilla Chips

Ingredients:
Canola Oil
Corn Tortillas
Salt

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Lay out Tortillas in a single layer on baking sheet and bake for 5 minutes then remove from oven
  2. Cut Tortillas into triange shaped chips
  3. Pour Canola Oil into skillet, about t1/8 to 1/4 of an inch deep, and place over medium high heat.
  4. Fry tortilla chips in single layer for about 2 minutes each batch.
  5. Using tongs or slotted spoon, remove chips from skillet and place on paper-lined plate to soak up excess oil.

Salt to taste and serve.
