Hog Tied Asparagus

Bacon wrapped Asparagus stalks.

20 Asparagus Stalks (washed and trimmed)
10 slices of Bacon (cut in half, lengthwise, making 20 pieces)
2 tablespoons Olive Oil
1 teaspoon Minced Garlic
Salt & Pepper to taste


  1. Preheat oven to 400ºF. Line baking sheet with aluminum foil and place wire rack on top.
  2. Combine Olive Oil and Garlic, toss with Asparagus, and season with Salt and Pepper.
  3. Wrap Bacon around Asparagus and place on wire rack.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes, flip Asparagus, and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
