Bacon wrapped Asparagus stalks.
20 Asparagus Stalks (washed and trimmed)
10 slices of Bacon (cut in half, lengthwise, making 20 pieces)
2 tablespoons Olive Oil
1 teaspoon Minced Garlic
Salt & Pepper to taste
- Preheat oven to 400ºF. Line baking sheet with aluminum foil and place wire rack on top.
- Combine Olive Oil and Garlic, toss with Asparagus, and season with Salt and Pepper.
- Wrap Bacon around Asparagus and place on wire rack.
- Bake for 10 minutes, flip Asparagus, and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
