Spiced Apple Tarts

1 box Mini Fillo Dough Shells (15 shells)
3 tart Apples
¼ cup Maple Syrup
1 tsp ground Cinnamon
¼ tsp Nutmeg
Brown Sugar


  1. Peel Apples and cut into small pieces
  2. Preheat oven to 350 degree
  3. Combine Apples, Syrup, Cinnamon, and Nutmeg in a bowl and mix until Apples are well coated
  4. Arrange shells on ungreased baking sheet, spoon apple mixture into shells, and sprinkle Brown Sugar on top
  5. Bake for about 10 minutes
