Lemon Cream Tarts

Ingredients
1 box Mini Fillo Dough Shells (15 shells)
Lemon Curd*
Cool Whip or Heavy Whipped Cream

*You can buy this at the grocery store or make your own with this simple recipe.

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degree
  2. Arrange shells on ungreased baking sheet and spoon lemon curd into shells
  3. Bake for about 10 minutes
  4. Allow a few minutes to cool then top with Cool Whip or Whipped Cream
