Ingredients
2 ripe Plantains
2 tbsp Coconut Oil
Sea Salt (to taste)
Directions
- Peel Plantains cut into 1/4” rounds
- Heat coconut oil in a skillet on medium-high
- Fry the plantains until golden brown, 2-3 minutes each side
- Be careful because they’ll burn easily
- Remove Plantains from pan and sprinkle with salt
